Photo Release Agreement

By checking the box on the Launch Hub Learning website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Photo Release Agreement. This agreement grants Launch Hub Learning permission to capture, use, and share photographs or videos of your child for communication, promotional, and educational purposes.

1. Permission and Use

As the Parent/Guardian, you grant Launch Hub Learning permission to take photographs or videos of your child during their participation in Launch Hub Learning classes and activities. These images or videos may be shared privately with parents via email or published publicly on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms) and Launch Hub Learning-owned websites. You acknowledge that you will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of these images or videos, and Launch Hub Learning retains full ownership, including copyright and all associated intellectual property rights.

2. Release of Liability and Right to Removal

By agreeing to this Photo Release, you release and discharge Launch Hub Learning, its agents, representatives, and assigns from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the images or videos, including claims related to defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other cause of action. You also have the right to request the removal of any media featuring your child from any platform, and Launch Hub Learning will make reasonable efforts to remove the media promptly.

3. Duration and Governing Law

This release is effective indefinitely and applies to all images or videos taken during Launch Hub Learning classes or activities on or after the date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

4. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Launch Hub Learning and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained herein.
