Thank you for your purchase from Launch Hub Learning. We strive to provide quality products and enriching educational experiences. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds for both online store purchases and in-person course enrollments.
Please read this policy carefully. By making a purchase or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns and Refunds for Online Store Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with your online purchases.

Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most eligible items purchased from our online store.

Condition of Item:

Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.

Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear and tear are generally not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items):

Custom T-Shirts: All custom-designed t-shirts are final sale and non-refundable. Please double-check sizing and design before placing your order.

Process for Online Store Returns:

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@launchhublearning.com within the 30-day window, providing your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back without first obtaining return authorization from us.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds for Online Store Purchases:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@launchhublearning.com.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kate@launchhublearning.com and we will provide instructions.
2. Refunds for In-Person Courses and Programs
Our refund policy for in-person courses varies depending on the course location.
A. In-Person Courses Offered in Schools (Following Handbook Policy)
For in-person courses that are offered directly at schools (during school day hours, extended care hours, or evening classes rented within the school building), the following policy applies:

Non-Refundable After Start: Payments are non-refundable once the course has begun.

Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel the entire course at least one week (7 days) before the first scheduled session, a refund minus any applicable payment processing fees will be provided.

Course Cancellation by Launch Hub Learning: A full refund will be issued if Launch Hub Learning cancels the course for any reason.

Missed Classes: Regular attendance is vital. If your child is absent, please notify us in advance. We will share the content covered in the missed class via email to help your child stay up to date. Make-up classes may be offered if available, but are not guaranteed. Missed classes are not eligible for individual refunds.
B. In-Person Courses Offered at Launch Hub Learning Locations
For in-person courses offered at designated Launch Hub Learning physical locations (if applicable), the following policy applies:

One-Month Notice Required for Withdrawal: If you need to withdraw your child from a program, you must provide one month's (30 days) written notice prior to the desired withdrawal date.

Refund Calculation: If one month's notice is provided, any pre-paid fees for sessions falling after the one-month notice period (from the date your written notice is received) will be refunded, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

Non-Refundable Without Notice: If less than one month's notice is provided, fees for the subsequent month following the notice will not be refunded. Payments are non-refundable once the course has begun without proper notice.

Course Cancellation by Launch Hub Learning: A full refund will be issued if Launch Hub Learning cancels the course for any reason.

Missed Classes: Missed classes are not eligible for individual refunds.
3. General Policy Information

Payment Processing Fees: Please note that any refunds issued may be subject to a deduction for payment processing fees incurred by us, unless the refund is due to our cancellation of a course.
